It gives me so much joy to paint peoples pets. They are so special to them. I can not possibly present all of the ones I have done here as there are so many so please look at the gallery and you will be able to see the full range. From horses to ducks, sheep to deer. From spaniels to cockers, collies to sprockerlollies - don't ask!
Dog portraits
It is important to note that it is really important to get a very good digital photo of your dog if you want me to get a great likeness. Don't worry about what is going on in the background. I ignore that. Sometimes the snaps are the best, especially outside. Like taking photos of people, its best to catch them unawares...unless they are show-offs! Always ask me if you are unsure.
